We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. You will also follow the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions that apply to those services before you use them. We may change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Please read this agreement before proceeding, because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in it.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any content, information, or other material that (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the Singapore or the laws of any other country that may apply; or (c) violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.

By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to this agreement, Caruso Consulting Co Ltd grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site by displaying it in your browser for the purpose of shopping, and not for any commercial use or on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any violation of this agreement ends that licence without notice.

Unless explicitly permitted by us in advance, all materials on this Site, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written and other materials (the "Contents"), are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of the information on the Site or use the Site for the benefit of another business, and you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any part of it unless we permit it in writing.

We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe customer conduct breaks applicable laws or harms our interests. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in Singapore dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is emailed to you.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Standard delivery is free when your goods total is $75 or more after discounts, otherwise it is $25. Express Delivery is $25 on any order. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days to arrive anywhere in Singapore. International orders are accepted at the same rates; contact us first if delivery time matters.

You can return an item within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Return postage is yours to pay for a change of mind, and we refund within 24 to 48 hours of the return arriving. An order can be cancelled at no charge until it ships. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are put right at no cost to you.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a mandatory legal protection you have in Singapore that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Singapore. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under Singapore law.
